Information about SSIPhotography

SSIPhotography specializes in photography of Groups, College Age people, Business Professionals, Landscapes, Unusual Events, and Fine Art. The group section has only a few pictures because of the number of people in each photograph. This website has all the traditional photographs and the other website has the fine art.

SSIPhotography also specializes in color photography, with very little black and white. For some reason, I can "see" color much better than black and white. Most of the shots on the website are taken with a Nikon 35mm camera, but some of the best shots are medium format photographs(scanning medium format is so expensive). Unless specified, each photograph has only minor Photoshop work. Clearly the icons for clicking have a little more Photoshop work, but the underlying photograph is relatively close to the original.

I create artistic photographs using nudes but my images are not pornographic. I believe the human body is a work of art (and of God) and should be treated with respect. The environment around pornography is too often degrading to the human subjects, as the unrealistic photographs in such magazines as Playboy and Penthouse. Thus, I photograph to capture the beauty of the body in natural settings and natural lighting.
